Kimberly Davis
Founder & CEO
Kimberly Davis is a results-driven perfectionist who takes a systematic approach to helping executives to position their organization business initiatives for optimal performance through strategic planning. Her ability to research historical data and facilitate collaborative dialogue among Senior Executives has been instrumental in analyzing data to make strategic operational decisions.
For over 25 years, Kimberly has worked as a consultant and advisor to Senior Executives in the aerospace and financial services industries, supporting both Federal Government and corporate finance leadership teams in developing and updating standard operating procedures, developing strategic plans for process improvement, formulating and evaluating recruitment and healthcare forecasts, and creating or tailoring administrative solutions for organizational transformation.
Kimberly was able to leverage her process improvement and change management skills to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she is instrumental in helping Real Estate professionals standardize operating procedures by identifying areas for streamlining processes and leveraging systems in order to increase profitability. Her ability to effectively communicate necessary operational changes and liaise between agents and clients allows her to skillfully navigate the transaction process from contract to closing and beyond.
